Problems with all pages originating from h20564
Hi guys,
For the past 2-3 months, we have found that the HP website has taken a massive fall in reliability. Every page located on h20564.www2.hp.com fails to load or loads extremely slowly; sometimes taking up to 3 minutes to load one page.
Typically driver pages are hosted on this system. Trying to access the drivers for my HP 400 G1 just now at http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5389537&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4158 has rendered the following page which has become common after a few minutes of waiting:

(Error: system-websrv_unavail)
I have tried testing from various locations including at work, home, parents house and also on my dedicated server in France. All four locations are in different geographical locations and on ISPs and the same issue occurs in all locations.
It's definitely not a problem my end.
Does anyone know whats causing this and when it will be sorted by HP?
Cheers,
Chris

Re: Problems with all pages originating from h20564.www2.hp.com
This is the wrong forum for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Support Forum:
http://h30434.www3.hp.com/
Or use the Contact Us link on that page.
Or possibly https://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/

Re: Problems with all pages originating from h20564.www2.hp.com
It seems to me that a forum called "Your Questions Regarding HP Support Center (Website)" would be the right place for this question. It's not about drivers for a particular printer or PC. It's about the driver site.
I'm having the exact same problem, and have been for a while, for several different models of PCs. Every once in a while I get lucky and the page loads. Lately it's been like once in a blue moon.

This is about the website, not specifically PC Products. You have linked that forum but where in there should I post something like this relating to the website? Your post is very vague!

Exactly! I'm glad I'm not the only one having the issue.
Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on rather than trying to get me to post elsewhere? This forum "Your Questions Regarding HP Support Center (Website)" is the only forum I can think of where a query like this should be posted. If not, what is this forum designed for?...
Anyone's feedback would be appreciated.

Yes, except due to the HP split, this forum is now only about Hewlett Packard Enterprise products.
>This is about the website, not specifically PC Products.
That HPSC website is only for HP Inc. products.

Perhaps under your product in question? Or at that "Contact us" link.
Or: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Forum-Feedback-Suggestions/bd-p/Feedback
>Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on?
Problems due to the company split?
Hopefully Nov 1, this board should be re-titled "HPE Support Center" and have a hpe.com URL.

Um, Ok. Although over there they don't really have a board for issues with the site itself.
I did send in a "contact us" email about the issue.
I'm at a standstill, trying to set up computers.

Error reads:
Could not open page
The service or information you requested is not available at this time.
Please try again later.
(Error: system-websrv_unavail)
This happens AFTER drilling down to the model number, language and OS.
