Request your new Service Contract Welcome Letter

Requesting your HPE Services Contract welcome letter is now a click away. Just complete a short form on the HPESC home page to request your contract welcome letter which contains important service activation information such as your Service Agreement ID, Support Account Reference number, contract coverage date, and more.

1. Visit the HPE Support Center home page
2. Sign in.
3. Click on the "My Contracts" card on the homepage, then select "Don't Know Contract ID."
