SPP Custom Downloads not working

Hello,

i have created a customer spp, but i cant download it. Wehen i click on "Download" a small windows shows " Creating Download link" an after a few secound it closed an nothing happens. Downloadlink for SPPs created from hpe, the download is not working too.

I check the mail, thete is a dwnloadlink with following server: https://swift-spp.its.hpecorp.net/v1/AUTH_68f8bbe4dec64c3a9288a54565d436e4/customer-bundles/67bb45c37e40be48b0f....

this serveradress dns cant find...

Anyone has an idea?
