Stuck in duplicate accounts
Hi,
I have a customer account with a lot of licences and historic, etc...
I've attempted to create a post as I was new in the forum. When logged in with my original account, I had to create a nickname and community account.
Problem is now when I want to loggin in the support website as usual with my usual HP account, it brings me to an error page saying the I have a duplicated email account !

Still the same.
When I try to connect to https://support.hpe.com/ with my account I get the following screen.
If I go to logout and try again, I'm back to the same screen. If I ask for new password, I receive the email and set new password but when trying to login, same result.
If I go to the Profile button, indeed I can change the email adresse but I dont want to...
I would prefer to close my community account, create another one with another email.
But before that I want to be sure that my HPE Passport account will still be active.

Yes I have received an email from someone last friday but no news since then...
I'm stuck I cant work because I cannot login anymore in the hpe support center...

I have the same issue.. Can't open tickets because of it or download firmware for my DL380 G10.. Did you ever get this squared away?

I am having the same exact issue with my account as well.
As an additional note about when the issue started for me, I already had an HP support/community account, then I had a coworker invite me to join my companies Group. I was able to accept the invitation and access the Group site as expected. The issue started the next time I attempted to login to download drivers/firmware for our fleet of 400+ servers.
I have already contacted support twice, and have a current ticket in, which has not had a response for 3 days now. I really need this resolved so that I can perform my work duties. If this can be resoved then I would greatly appreciate it!
