The latest news on HPE Support Center – August release
With this most recent release we continue driving transformation value for our customer’s digital services and support experience. For a comprehensive list of release capabilities view the release notes.
The August 17 release includes:
Workspace
- A new service credits tile enhances visibility and ease of using service credits. With one click, users can view the catalog and manage available service credits.
Products, Contracts, and Warranties Management
- Nimble products can now be registered with their Nimble serial numbers, helping users more easily manage their products. Nimble serial numbers are visible alongside HPE serial numbers in most HPE Support Center views.
Groups
- The warranty check tool now prompts users to add products that they have checked to their groups, helping users to activate alerts and support expiration notifications. If a product is not registered to their group, a link will be displayed after they complete their warranty check. Customers can use this option to maintain accurate inventory in their shared groups.
Sign in, support, and help
- The new Browse All Products feature makes finding the product details page more intuitive. With just a few clicks, users can easily access a product's manuals, guides, drivers, software, alerts, and videos from the HPESC landing page before signing in.
- A new “Help with Signing in” option has been added to the support widget, directly routing users to help with their HPE account sign in.
