Unable to link warranty

I'm receiving the below error when attempting to link a serial number and warranty to my profile.

I've been able to link 2 other serial numbers without issue - inlcuding 1 which was purchased at the same time as this one.

Is there a way to reset this please?

Please note: This warranty is not available to link because the country of purchase provided is not accurate. Re-enter country of purchase data for this item.
