Unable to login to HPE Software portal

Hi all,

I am having this recurring problem and cannot download any SPP as everytime I attempt to click on the file (which is unlocked and available for download) after it redirects me to the software download page I get this (ref. page is https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/auth/ER173

We are sorry HPE regrets it cannot process your request at this time.

I have opened (yet another) support case with the EMEA group and apparently they appear to fix the issue after explaining the problem but after a few weeks I'm back to square one and get this error again. I have no problems logging in to the "normal" hpe site, it's the associated license/software download site that has this annoyance. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have tried with different browsers and in-private sessions with cleared cache and cookies so it's not a client end (I use 3 different machines from different locations to login and it's the same on all 3).

Create a ticket again and escalate.

Yes thank you, this is what I did (and always do), and support resolved the issue today (once again) once escalated which they did automatically. My question was if anyone else encountered this recurring issue with their account, as I suspect that in a couple of weeks or so when I will attempt to login to the software portal I will again face the issue (let's hope not!). It's rather annoying to every time open a ticket to fix access to the software portal which can take a few days.

Anyhow it's working now, fingers crossed!

I Have tried three different browsers two devices Unexpected error A technical error occur

I still cant get in I even went to HPE south African Offcie and they tried to fix it and now I can't get in at all.

 

Your registration procedure is nonesese now I'm going back there today to try and get this sorted out this is nonesense.
