SSH Putty connection problem
Hi all,
I'm building a small network with 3 HP Switches 2930 ,2626 and 2650 switches. 2930 is the core switch. Until yesterday I was able to SSH from putty to all the switches. Everything worked fine. Today I was not able to open the switches through putty. I was able to connect through serial port for all the three switches.I rebooted the swiitches several times. I unplugged the switches and plugged them again. I even changed the putty terminal settings to
Connection : enable TCP keep alives checked the box
seconds between keepalives(0 to turnoff) changed this to different values like 60 240, 360 1800
but nothing worked. Can you please help me what could be the problem might be?
Thanks

Re: SSH Putty connection problem
Hello @pbs123,
'Network error: Connection timed out' - It seems reachability issue from to the host from where you are trying to do 'ssh'
Are you able to do telnet for those devices?
Also try to ping these devices from host.
Try to share 'show log buffer -r' from one of the device.
Thanks!

Re: SSH Putty connection problem
As per your query 2930 is your core switch.
Are you assigned any authorised IP on switch?
Next you cant be able to SSH.
Can you check with webpage is it work or not?
Is IP address ping or not?
Please attach the log file.
