ups shutdown script
we have a system with the following config:
- hp integrity rx5670 rung hp-ux 11.2
- hp rx3000 xr ups
ups and cpu are configured to communicate. how could i make the shutdown script for the system to shutdown gracefully in case of power outage?

Usually this is done with /etc/inittab, not a special script.
The exact syntax depends on the type of UPS you are using, some of them actually come with software for HP-UX. I'm sure some may have shutdown scripts, but I've always used inittab
