SolutionYou don't indicate what class of hardware, so I am going to guess a K-class. If this is the case, FLT 2021 applies to CPU-0 and is an instruction cache RAM fault. See Technical Knowledge Base document #DFQKBCA00000115.
Regards!

Re: 9000/800 FLT 2021 LCD message!?
I was going to refer you to the same doc that JRF is referring to, though the one i was going to refer was an older copy.
DOC ID: PAM39EF55E1
FLT 2021 or FLT 2x21 --> Insturction CACHE RAM fault. since x = 0 for your error, it means the error refers to CPU 0.
Hope this helps.
thanks

Re: 9000/800 FLT 2021 LCD message!?
This appears to be a K-box. If you have more than 1 CPU, remove CPU-0 and slide the remaining CPU's down a slot - otherwise you need a CPU board. Check some of the used equipment dealers; K-box parts are pretty cheap these days.
