Hello,
i have the following error "One loop connection lost" someone can help me?
I rebooted the storage, restarted the controllers but the problem remain, how can i fix it?
The storage is in pruduction, please help me!!!

Hello Torsten,
maybe you have reason, because the two led of the module are off (i attached the picture).
There is some way to add a disk in a group also with the loop error? Because maybe there is not fast to get and replace the broken module.

This could mean this module is bad or the next module in the chain.
compare to the status shown in command view.
disk replacements should be possible.

i tried to change the disk but i receive the error in attached, why?
From command view i can see only the status that i attached in the previous post (connection status: link lost).

What was the action? Remoce disk? Group disk?
How many disk yhassis do you have?

I'm trying to add an ungrouped disk in a disk group (the disk was in fault and i changed it).
In total i have 3 enclosure with 36 disks.
