HPE EVA P6350 storage issue
Dear HPE Team,
Please assist to reset the P6350 Controller. We are resetting the entire data and formatting from the new. but we couldn't do any changes to this.
Login issues due to certificates, we followed the instructions, but still, it was not allowed to log in with cert issues.
We connected directly to the controller, but we got the below output. Used the Baud rate of 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200 as well. but no luck. it connected with only the baud rate of 19200 with the below output.
Please suggest resetting/formatting the controller and starting from Scratch. We have Storeworks disk enclosure connected on this.

Have you tried to connect to the array via management module.
The default user name is admin. No password
Also are you using the correct cable part number to connect to the array serially.
Baud Rate 19200 should work if the cable is working and tested on other arrays. Would also suggest trying the cable on the second controller as well.

P6000 packaged browser is End of Support Life (EOSL) date of 31 December 2021 for the entire array family.
So the next available option is to use the SSSU.
SSSU is installed on the management server when you install HP P6000 Command View.

When i'm on SSSU login, getting the below error.
Command prompt, we are trying to refresh, it shows "Error: Error storage cell needs to be created to perform this action"
The storage shows uninitialized, when we try to initialize, it shows "No disk available to initialize"

The serial logs to be checked, to understand why storage shows uninitialized, when we try to initialize, it shows "No disk available to initialize"
Support needs to be involved to provide the further steps after checking the serial logs.
