HP MSA CONTROLLER SCSI Array Device
Is there a driver I can install or some other procedure I can follow to identifiy this device properly? On other servers using the same storage, the device reads as "StorageWorks MSA1000/1500".

1-are you install service pack install the system?
2- run the psp on the server.

Re: HP MSA CONTROLLER SCSI Array Device
I installed the 8.30 PSP and rebooted. The issue remains.
Anyone else with any ideas?

Re: HP MSA CONTROLLER SCSI Array Device
You will need to apply the HP MPIO drivers to your server.
Assuming you have version 7 Active/Active firmware, you will need the Full Featured DSM for MSA 1000/1500 version 3

Re: HP MSA CONTROLLER SCSI Array Device
Search for HP MPIO DSM and you will be able to choose the correct OS and version for your configuration
