SNMP MIB for OneView
Hi Folks,
We are using HP OneView version 3.1 and we need to have right MIBS where we can convert them in to policies and monitor the traps in HPOM(monitoring tool). Anyone help me to find the right MIBS for HP OneView 3.1.
HP Systems Insight Manager MIB Kit. - this link has all the Mibs which has 308 mib files. not sure which is the right one to use for HPOneView SNMP traps monitoring.
Thanks!

Re: SNMP MIB for OneView
HPE OneView itself doesn't generate any SNMP messages. It forwards events from the monitored/managed iLO's and Onboard Administrators to the defined destination SNMP receiver. I would suggest you review the following two white papers on Gen9 and Gen10 eventing:
Gen10: http://www.hpe.com/support/gen10-emg
Gen9: https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c04443553

Re: SNMP MIB for OneView
Thanks Chris for your reply. we are using HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9 and we need to traps to forward from OneView to HPOM. so seems choosing right MIB is really challenge. Do you know which MIB's we need to use.

Re: SNMP MIB for OneView
Apologies for the extremely late reply here.
Do know that OneView will only forward SNMP traps recieved from iLO, OA and VC to the specified destination. OneView will not generate SNMP traps for events or activity it creates. I do not know the specific CPQ MIBs needed, but the documents I linked you to should have general guidance on that question.

Re: SNMP MIB for OneView
Yes, if we could get the actual OIDs to use that would be excellent
