We are receiving the following voicemail from our phone system:
тАЬA power supply error is being reported by your 3COM NBX telephone systemтАЩs call processor. Power supply 1 is not operational or has been disconnected from its power outlet.тАЭ
The power supply is plugged in, we verified it today.

This must be a V5000 or V3001R with dual power supplies and you have Maintenance Alerts turned on.
Go to Reports/System Data/ Power supply status. .what does that say???
You may have a power suplly starting to go bad... in this case, the entire unit must be swapped out.
To shut off Maintenance Alerts for users, go to User Configuration, click on User, then unclick
"Receive Maintenance Alerts"

You only have one of the power supplies plugged in??
plug in the other power supply.. that should do it !
