I want to know if Hp Storage Management Utility is iqual of HP Storage Manager Utility.
Sometime a go, i configure a HP Proliant DL380 G5+MSA2012fc...and i create the volumes in the MSA, but i forgot to take the prints.
Sow i need a manual(SMU) or something like else that have the prints that show how to create the volumes and the rest configurations.
Sorry for the bad english.
Cumps!

Re: SMU
i would suggest you use acu , user guide here :-
http://docs.hp.com/en/9320/acu.pdf
download here :-
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/servers/proliantstorage/software-management/acumatrix/sw-drivers.html
hp storage manager utility is for sata raid , hp storage management utility is for iscsi array management (e.g msa1510i)

Re: SMU
I remember now!
The manual that you told me,maybe will help me just to explain how to create virtual disks and the type of raid in the msa.
I can├В┬┤t find a manual or a site that shows pictures and explain how to use the software to create the virtual disks.
Thank you for your backup!
