TCPIP$METRIC for windows/linux
does someone knows if there is an implementation of the TCPIP$METRIC on windows or linux in order to use the vms bind load balancing

It might be that Linux has some way of determinaing system load on a Linux box, and so there might be one for Windows as well. But I doubt it
