SMS 2003/HP Inventory Tool - Windows 2003 Server R2

I am unable to run the HP Updates package on servers that have Windows 2003 Server R2.

The error I receive is "Program rejected (Wrong Platform)"

Please advise.

Maybe you are trying to a 32 Bit version on a 64 bit platform.Or reversed. What type of server is that? Is your windows 32 or 64 bit? Which update packages are you trying to instal exactly?

This is for both 32-bit and 64-bit clients.

All the program runs is:

ScanWrapper.exe /Extended /cache /kick
