DL 180 G6 How to upgrade the firmware

Hi,

 

How to upgrade the Bios and Firmware on DL 180 G6 Server.

I have download SP63000.exe below link 

http://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=3884342&swItemId=MTX_57c69323072044e8a0789abda9&swEnvOid=4064

and created USB with the help of HP tools, attached image is showing Memory Card data

What should be the next thing which should i do.

Or Is there any other process do to Bios / firmware update.
