DL360 G3 & NC7781 NIC

I want to do an unattended setup of a DL360 G3 with a NC7781 Gigabit ethernet NIC. During the network initialization in DOS (with NDIS2 driver) I get the following error: "DOS TCP/IP resident driver initialzation failed". I tried both NIC ports and downloaded the latest NDIS2 driver (28/10/02). Any ideas?

Try the driver from SP20958.exe

Janine, thanks for the help but this driver doesn't solve the problem either. The servers had to be installed quickly, so we did it manually with SmartStart 6.10. That worked fine. At this moment I don't have any DL360 G3 to test any other options.

Thanks for now and I keep looking for any solutions.
