DL380 Gen9 win server 2008 R2 Stuck shutdown screen

Hi

I am Muhammad I just bought new server DL380 Gen9 already windows server 2012 (no licensed) installed, worked well. After installed win server 2008 R2 licensed it restarts normally, but while I shut down, the screen stay in stuck shutdown and health led of the server red blinking. The server stay, nothing changes the only way I have to press power button for a few seconds. Please tell me a solution

Try install patch cp027854.exe.

Hi Torsten

Thanks the problem is fixed by your advisement. but for other customers the computer at this time (shutting down screen) shows "pci bus error (slot 0 bus 0 device 0 function 0)" in iLO which opened by a browser.

This is probably the effect of the "blue screen" prior to this patch. Once patched it should no longer happen.
