Proliant 1600 Second CPU

I have entered the SCU and followed the prompt to auto fix it rebooted and still recieve the same error on reboot.

I will try stepping back down to the 300's again and see if that cures it.

Been looking at another post with roughly the same prob and it seemed to be that whe the processors went above 333MHz it cam up with this error message.

Will post back asap with results m8.

I also have a newer 100MHz bus cage which i will use to upgrade this one when i get som SDRam for it.

Managed to get the 212 message away by using another 2 processors from another server. Installed the new ones and they worked perfectly.

The two processors i removed i put into another system and worked fine.

Your help was very much appreciated.
