hp Management Agents for Windows Missing from ftp.compaq.com?

I'm trying to download the hp Management Agents for Windows but it seems to be missing from ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/servers/supportsoftware/CP003501-004000

The file name is cp003619.exe

Anyone know where it's gone to?
