HP Proliant DL380 -does not boot with smart start CD, need help on that. Cd drive is ok.

Some older models of ProLiant servers aren't supported by newer Smart Start CDs. Check the support matrices (ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/servers/management/smartstart/serversuportmatric.pdf) to determine which version is needed to support your server model.

In most cases you must use "Clear NVRAM".
You can find this option under Advanced Settings in your setup (RBSU).

We see this issue multiple times, Clear NVRAM always resolve this problem.
