dl380 G4 + windows 2000 std sp4+ 2x512M + 2x2048M problem

I have installed a another bank on my windows 2000 server but it' detected on 3.6 Gb of memory. Maybe it's a limitation of the os. When i boot the server the memory (5 Gb) was detected, in insight diagnostic is detected too but in windows only 3.6 Gb is detected.

Have trick or registry modification for it
