scsi card problem DL380G5 server

we have DL380 G5 and MSL 6030 connected by scsi card, the scsi details in the attached pic. I need you to check the computability of the scsi card is this system and what is the equivalents if it is not support.

We face i/o error when starting backup job
i need scsi card prt number which compatable for Dl 380 G5 server
