Error installing Insight management Agent 5.0

Hi There,

I am trying to install Insight management Agent 5.0 on a Windows 2000 PC and get the following error.

Any ideas?

Is there any particular reason why you're sticking with much older management agents?

As I thought that was the latest agent for workstations and it is on the latest management CD?

I know this may sound silly, are you installing the agents on a compaq pc?

Make sure you have the Insight Management Agents for Workstations, not for servers (they share the same name).
The latest version is 5.01A and downloadable from:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/proworkstation/us/download/19001.html
