HPSIM 6 and Tenable Security Scans

I have sim 6 running on a win 2008 VM and we recently implemented Tenable security scans for all are systems. After all windows updates applied, Tenable has found several high and mediums vulnerabilities. they include:
1) The remote host supports the use of SSL ciphers that offer either weak
encryption or no encryption at all.
2)The remote host supports the use of SSL ciphers that offer medium
strength encryption, which we currently regard as those with key
lengths at least 56 bits and less than 112 bits.
3)The remote host supports the use of SSL ciphers that offer medium
strength encryption, which we currently regard as those with key
lengths at least 56 bits and less than 112 bits.
4)The remote host supports the use of SSL ciphers that offer either weak
encryption or no encryption at all.

I am assuming they are all related to sim6 because the box was cleared prior to the fresh install. Any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
