Proper SNMP setting for CMS server

What is the appropriate setting for snmp trap destination on the CMS server itself?
Should it be set to localhost?

I just set it the same as all of the others which is the IP Address of the Server.

It would effectively deliver the SNMP Trap to itself via the network.
