Re: SIM discover server double
I am having a similar issue where once discovered, an ILO will grab other ILO's and use multiple IP's for a single ILO, whereas it should be a seperate ILO for each. I have checked the serial numbers (from the sim interface), and they do not match.
Is this specific to SP2, and is there anything that can be done in the interim, other than turning DSI off, which I have done as well.

Re: SIM discover server double
Hai,
This issue comes up after replacing the mainboard and not filling in the part number.
The ilo makes the iLo UUID up from the serial number and the part number. if you not fill it in, it creates a rare number like xxxxxx-2020-2020-2020-2020202020202020 for all srvers without partnumers filled in in the bios. When the part number correct the you see in HPSIM by UUID :ILOpartnumberSERIALNUMBER
