System wide Threshold Settings

We are running SIM 5.1 - build C.05.01.00.00

I would like to setup a System WideThreshold Setting for all my servers. We have over 400 servers and I want to set the Threshold to 80% used and then get a notification e-mail and or page.

How can I set this up in more of a broad scheme than going to each server and setting it manually there?
