hi,

there any chance to get wake on lan & 802.1x working with a 2650?

Yes! There is a controlled-directions feature which will let outbound traffic through:

ProCurve Switch 2626(config)# aaa port-access all controlled-direction
both Exert control in both directions.
in Exert control on incoming packets.

Select the 'in' option to let outbound traffic through.
