Printing on BIZ HUB 222

Hi, My issue is printing from HP-UX11i to BIZ HUB 222. I created "remote" printer but every once a while, printer would get stuck with a "busy" status. The only way to get printer up and running would be to stop and start lpsooler. Sometimes I need to delete all the queued jobs, before I can submit another print job.
Also any idea how could I print multiple copies of same print job using "remote" printer?
