Solution1)Can exist 2 or more vparmanager in one npar?
vparmgr is used to managing the virtual partitions
2 or more virtual partitions can exist on a npar
2)what happens if in a one npar with 3 vpar i remove a vparmanager ?
By using vparmgr you can modify/delete/create virtual partitions
3)Is it true that from every vpar i can reset or restart every other vpar?
You can reset other vpar from the current vpar
4)What is a function of vparmanager and his limit?
Create VP(Virtual Partition)
Modify VP
Delete VP
Display Resources assigned to each partition
Display status of each VP
Display logs of vpars
Boot a VP
Reset a VP
Hope this information is useful.

Re: VPAR question !!!
BTW, the GUI is only available for the 11i v1 versions (up to 3.03) and not for 11i v2 (vpars 4.xx).
this is my summary:
1) yes - give every vPar a GUI
2) nothing - you'll remove the GUI - not the commands
3) yes - vPar commands are sent to VPMON
4) it's just nice to see, a GUI. You have to run a vPars environment (VPMON have to be loaded) to use the GUI.
This is the real limit - you have to set up the first vpar without the GUI.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
