attempt to skip tray 1 when printing on a P4014N fails
Am attempting to print from HP-UX (11iv2 IA64) to an HP P4014N. The printer has a manual feed named '1' and 2 trays named '2' and '3'. Although I have no paper in '1', when I attempt to print from HP-UX, the printer tells me to either add paper to '1' or choose '3'. When I attempt to print to this printer from Windows, it prints from tray '3'. How can I get HP-UX to choose any tray but '1'? Note: I attempted to change the printer size/type for '1' to A4 and labels and left the tray empty, but still tells me to put paper in '1' or choose '3'.
