VoIP PBX - QOS LAN Help

Our company has a VoIP PBX.  It does not support VLAN tagging but does mark voice packets with DSCP 40 / 5.  I'm looking for help in configuring the 3COM model 3CRBSG5293 (HP V1910-48G Switch).  The pbx in on interface 9, all VoIP traffic traverses this port and out a VPN.  I assume with the proper config I can be assured that this traffic has priority over all other traffic on the switch.
