Apollo K6000 - Transceiver type not supported!

Bonjour,

Google Translate:

Hello,

I wanted to connect my 40G switch ports to my network, but the switch is giving me the following message:

I chose the cable based on the quick specs of our Apollo switch.

Hi @Cedric6 ,

Please refer the HPE Apollo Ethernet Switches QuickSpecspage 9 for list of supporting transcievers.

Re: Apollo K6000 - Transceiver type not supported!

Bonjour,

L'erreur "Transceiver type not supported!" était dû au port non splitter

Il fallait utiliser :

system-view
Interface FortyGigE 1/1/*
Using tengige
Y

Or je tentais la configuration :

system-view
Interface Using

Google Translate:

Hello,

I was able to find my solution yesterday, late in the day.

The cable is indeed compatible; I just had an error in my command line.

Namely:

The "Transceiver type not supported!" error was due to the non-splitter port.

I had to use:

system-view
Interface FortyGigE 1/1/*
Using tengige
Y

However, I was trying to configure it:

system-view
Interface Using

As a result, I couldn't find my Using command.

After much searching, I finally found the error and was able to split my port into 4 x 10G.

Thank you for your answers.
