Is PCI card shipped with transceiver modules

I will buy a CS3000 preinstall with PCI-10SFPx1+16FCx1 (Dual 10GbE Optical + Dual 16GbFC). So i want to know whether it is shipped with 2 x 10G SR and 2 x 16G FC optical transceiver modules? If not, which type of transceiver modules should be purchased? Any recommendation? Thanks!
