issue with licensing activation for the HPE Alletra 5010

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are facing with license activation issue for Alletra Storage 5010. We have aleady created the HPE data services management console and added the serials and subscription key in the portal. But Alletra Storage 5010 and HPE data services management console are not connected and activated license. Please kindly help to advice to solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi,

today the Portal (common.cloud.hpe.com) was Down in some Regions, retry tomorrow.
