Exchange 2000, webmail

Hi,
I have problem with webmail. Some mail cant be opened and I get the "HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found" message.
I get these messages randomly and I get them from several different users. There is no special attachments i the messages.

MS has references to problems like this that were fixed in Exchange Server 2000 SP2

Are you using any sort of virus protection software that will quarantine email if found infected?

Hi,
Yes we are using McAfee.
I think I have found a solution to this problem actually. I installed IIS- lockdowntool. The default settings in the URLscan doesnt permit for example "..", dots, in the subject name. I unistalled the URLscan and I can read the messages. I have to install the IIS lockdowntool again with some special settings.
