Extract and Convert MS Project Data /MPP files

Hi ya all

Any body out there who have a know how on MS Project I badly need your help!!!!

You see I need to access the data in my MS project .mpp files and then convert it to a tab delimited text file W-I-T-H-O-U-T using the tab delimited convertion utility of MS Project,instead I need some kind of a code that can make a connection and extract the data of my mpp file.

Do you guys have any idea how to go about this problem?

I can do this stuff with excel and access (using ODBC connection and stuff) but I dont have any idea on how to do it in project?

I really really need your help...
