How can we send SMS from web browser.

Hi guys!

After a long time!

Could you guys help me to understand how sms works through web browser. There are some websites(krifysms.com), which is used to send sms through web browser. How's that working.

And there is also GFI Faxmaker12 which is used to send sms using exchange server.

Could you guys explain me how it works.
