incoming fax pages missing

We receive faxes using the fax service on our SBS. Our users are complaining that they aren't receiving all the pages on incoming faxes...any ideas?

Try to have a look at the logfiles to find out how many pages were faxed.

Thanks Dries, I did that and it shows the correct number of pages...
