netmeeting...how do i set the ports?
now i want to setup netmeeting on my work computer so i can logon to it from home. I have gone throught the wizard and setup "Remote Desktop Sharing" and "Automatically Accept Calls". But when trying to connect from another machine (within our local network) through the static I.P address, it is unable to connect, but through our LAN i can connect no problem. Would it be due to the fact that i am going to the same IP address as what i am currently using?
And what is the proper way to specify ports, because that is what i will need to know when i am coming in from home. ie) ###.###.###.###:ports or " "(space) ports???
thx
