1719-Slot 3 Drive Array - A controller failure event. (Previous lock up code = 0x14) P420i

HI 

Last night the P420i array controller failed on my BL460cGen 9 blade . The lockup code was 0x14 and the post error was  1719-Slot 3 Drive Array - A controller failure event occurred prior to this power-up. (Previous lock up code = 0x14).

The array controller was running te most recent firmware (8.32)

Could this lockup be related to this and will I need to arrange a replacement cache mdule for this array controller.

Hello,

The circumstances that has been reported, usually would result in a recommendation to update the firmware, which in this instance has already been done. Inspite of that if the issue persists, then there might be a possibility of hardware issue. 

Hence it is recommended to contact HPE Support for further assistance.
