4 to 1 Network Consolidation for Virtual Servers
The latest news from the HP Blade Team this week is the introduction of Virtual Connect Flex-10 technology. www.hp.com/go/virtualconnect If virtual servers play big part in your IT strategy, learn how Virtual Connect Flex-10 technology can cut your network costs up to 66 percent. With it, you can consolidate your switches 4-to-1, fine-tune bandwidth to your virtual servers and get blazing 10Gb speed at a price less than most 1Gb solutions today. For those of you that were checking out the BL495c, note that this technology comes standard, meaning you have 10Gb down on the server, with up to 8 FlexNICs that need only 2 Virtual Connect Modules to support them. This is not only a big potential savings for you, but you get the ability to fine-tune each connection to suite the needs of your apps or VMs. Check it out and let us know what you think! Jason
