BL25p and BL45p Power Issues

I have recently came across a lot of BL45p and 25p's and it seems like every 1/3 do not power up. I have tried pretty much everything and the only conclusion that I can come up with is that these system boards are very flaky. I am just wondering if there is a known problem with these system boards that HP is aware of?

Are you talking about power up via ILO and Virtual Power or by direct access to the blade?

I have 8 BL25's and one of them I have to physically turn on but all the rest will power on/off via ILO.
