BL460c G6 hangs after updating the component Firmware
I have a customer who updated several of their Bl460c G6 blade servers to the following firwmare: Bios: I24 08/16/2010, Scsi Controller: 3.50, OA: 3.11, iLO: 2.01 and now they all continually hang on a daily basis. They are also having trouble updating firmware on their SAS Disk Drive from HPD6 to HPD8 using FW file CP013560.scexe on SAS HDD model "DG0300FARVV" in Suse Linux 10. Attached is a summary of the problem.

Re: BL460c G6 hangs after updating the component Firmware
I had the same firmware update issues regarding smart array controller and disk firmware with ONLINE firmware updates (hpsum of FW920.2010_1021.49.iso) on W2K3 servers (BL460c G6 and DL380 G5) and solved the issue with OFFLINE firmware updates (FW920.2010_1021.49.iso).
