Bl890c i2 root disk sync process is very slow

After I replace one of the two root disks (they consist a 1+0 raid group) , the sync starts automatically.

But the  process is very slow. It just goes 3.xx% after about 48 hours.

 

And the rebuild priority has been set to high by the command:  saconfig /dev/cissX -r high.

Whenever I did this the sync took up to 24 hours for a 300GB disk - seems to be normal.

24 hours is acceptable.

 

But my issue is 3.xx% took 48 hours and more.
