C7000 blade system Onboard Administrator OA 2 unreachable
Hello community,
Last week, on a C7000 blade, we noticed an alert related to the blade's AO2 card.
I removed and reinserted the AO2 card myself and everything was back to normal. Except that the statuses of the 2 cards AO1 & AO2 are OK, but it's impossible to reach the AO2 from the ILO. I've also noticed that the AO2 board has no LEDs to indicate that it is powered.
Can you help me solve this communication problem?

Re: C7000 blade system Onboard Administrator OA 2 unreachable
Hello,
I'm not sure if you're referring to the OA modules. If no LEDs are lit on the OA, it suggests a potential OA failure. You can try reseating the OA tray to see if that resolves the issue. If not, the OA modules may need to be replaced.
Please open a support case with HPE for further investigation.
Cheers....
